Parcels held 'in warehouse' in Europe
When sending parcels to Europe it can take many weeks to be delivered, this is obviously frustrating for both sending and receiving parties. However our hands are tied because once a parcel is collected it is out if our hands.
The tracking system gives very vague information and the chat is very frustrating to use, this makes communicating with our client regarding ETA very difficult. Even when we put the clients contact number and email address on the documentation, parcels can be held 'in warehouse for 6-7 weeks and no-one contacts the client to give them any information.
We cannot tell the client which 'warehouse' so we are in an ignorant position of not knowing where or when the parcel will be delivered. All parcels are send 'Duty Paid' so there should not be a customs issue.
A chat question regarding parcels 'in warehouse' would be very useful to determine where the parcel is so that the client can chase it in their country.
This would help us so much when It comes to tracking the parcels. If we do not get this sorted out horses die and we lose our European business and clients.

Excellent, and simple to do
Simple to send a parcel, cheaper than using post office, good parcel tracking and was sent an email when the parcel had been delivered. Can't fault the service, will definitely use again.

Wrong Box
Hello, I have a wrong box to the courier and realised after 15min, I called fedex and told them what happened they said they will solve it and will update me , I didn’t get any update so I called them the next day they said we can’t do anything you have to speak to parcel to go. I tried getting in touch but couldn’t find any number or email. It’s a known company but doesn’t have a number nor email, how does that make any sense? I had to place another order and pay another £60 for them to take the correct box. You should add a contact number to get call if we need any help.

no one came to collect
I had to rearrange my collection 4 times because each time no one turned up? Even when I was at home the whole day. So had to cancel and get a refund. Time wasted.
